Eternal daylight. Eternal night. A thin green line is all that remains.
Ten thousand years have passed. Mars has become a vast web of megacities and deep underground networks. Yet the original dome – home to 1,000 pioneers – still stands, preserved by the last of the Reyes.
On Earth, only a million remain, scattered across the last thread of twilight. Then, it begins.
Earth stirs.
After 1.5 years, the planet has rotated 180 degrees – the frozen oceans now face the eternal sun. Melting begins. Ten years in, a single rotation takes 100 days. Rain returns. Water flows.
Humanity builds domes again – not to escape, but to survive the flux.
After 50 years, Earth spins every 20 days. The sunlit side grows green. Life awakens. People emerge into a reborn Earth.
But on Mars, the original dome begins to fail.
In a final arc, the descendants of Reyes – shaped by exile and time – prepare to return.
To reclaim the Earth. To begin again.
A rebirth – for Reyes, for Earth, for humankind.
Season 5 marks the rebirth of Earth itself – and the reckoning that comes when humanity faces the world it once abandoned.
